Glass beads from the Czech Republic are great values because of the high quality and tremendous variety in colors, sizes, shapes, and finishes. Yet prices are reasonable, starting at 2 cents a bead.
Czech beads conform to industry standards for colors and sizes. Many of the beads on this page are mass-produced, but don't look it!
A Word About Measurements
We give bead measurements in mm (millimeters). One inch = 25 mm. So a 12mm bead is about a half inch. We try to show beads at their actual size, but your monitor may show them larger or smaller. So please take note of the sizes we indicate--as well as all the other details we provide.

This beautiful style sold out quickly, so I bought more colors. This bead is translucent, decorated with delicate floral designs, and has bands of goldstone too. Colors are snowbud in white with gold, midnite in black with pink and white, and wild in bright spring green and pink with gold. This group of lampwork contains some real masterpieces. Red glow and blue heaven are an inch long, mirror polished, with contrast color feathering and goldstone bands around the middle. Indio and Santa Fe are my very favorites, extremely ornate, in a wonderful turquoise blue color with gold dots around a diamond shaped red/black center on both sides. Indio is 20mm, santa fe is 25mm. Swirl, the last bead on the right is a wonderful assortment of pastel shapes with white swirls. There are rose pink, daffodil yellow, aqua and coral centers with polished crystal coating and white swirls. Shapes include round, oval, tapered. The round bead is about 14mm. The faceted fire polish rondel has a color combination that I have never seen, of red, blue, purple, topaz, olivine, and rose, which creates a gemstone effect and from a distance this bead looks almost like tourmaline.
