What is the E02 error while inflating SaluSpa? ›

Water flow sensors are not detecting any or enough water flow in the spa or the spa pump, triggering an E02 code. Make sure the water for your hot tub reaches between the “Max/Min” fill line located on the inside of the spa.

Error Code: E08

Every SaluSpa is equipped with a thermal cut-out – a function that will turn off the heating pump when the temperature is too high. The E08 error code notifies you that the thermal cut-out has activated, and the hot tub will not turn back on until the temperature is low enough to use it.

This error is caused if the water flow sensors are not in the correct position.

The water flow sensors will not detect the water properly if the water is below the minimum line on the spa liner. To resolve this top your Lay‑Z‑Spa up with water so the water level is between the minimum and maximum lines. Please do not fill the spa from a kettle which has been boiled.

If the water stops flowing as soon as you reconnect the filter (and you then get E02), it means the filter is the only thing obstructing water flow. To fix: - Replace the filters!

Switch off the power, remove the filters, wait around 20 minutes (as this will allow the sensor to clear the fault), switch the power back on and run the jets without the filters to see if it clears the flow issue. If the flow error clears, switch off the power again, reinstall the filters and switch the power back on.

Should the error code E3 appears it is warning that the machine is not draining. You can easily fix this problem by removing any blockages from the drain pump situated at the front of the machine for easy access.

Is there an E07 error code displaying on your Lay-Z-Spa pump? This means your Lay-Z-Spa pump is experiencing an electrical fault.

Check you have not overloaded the drum

If you put too many clothes in the drum and overload the machine it may result in error code E08 being displayed. Should this occur then reduce the load size by removing some of the garments in the drum and try again.

The e02 error code signifies that your Coleman Saluspa isn't detecting sufficient water flow. This could be caused by several factors: Dirty Filter: A clogged filter restricts water flow. Low Water Level: The water level needs to be above the filter intake for the pump to work correctly.

This error code is visible if there is an issue with the thermometer within the pump body. Complete the full thermal reset once the above steps have been completed. Ensure that water within the spa itself is below 40 degrees. If this is higher, the spa pump will not operate and will show the E04 error code.

Error code E02 means your unit has exceeded temperature than normal. This is usually caused by faulty high limit thermostat. Initially, please try to turn off the electric breaker designated to your heater for 10 minutes then try again. if still, you need to replace the high limit thermostat.
